In case a foreigner has Russian citizenship as a second one then he/she stays in the country as a Russian citizen regardless of other citizenships.
- At the time of admission process to the university. In case a foreigner has already had Russian citizenship or documents confirming the right to temporary residence in Russia (temporary residence permit, permanent residence permit), he/she must inform in advance (with a copy of the document) the university staff: the University Admissions Committee, the Migration Office, the International Cooperation Department.
- During the process of studying at the university. In case an international student acquires Russian citizenship or documents confirming the right to temporary residence in Russia (temporary residence permit, permanent residence permit), he/she must inform (with a copy of the document) the university staff immediately: the Migration Office, the International Cooperation Department, the Student Office.
