Moscow airports
All airports are connected to the city by public transport: buses, «Aeroexpress» trains that go to the main city railway stations.
Taxi services are available for ordering in domestic and international arrivals halls at special points, as well as at online order kiosks or through mobile apps. You can pay for taxi services either in cash or by a Russian bank card. It is strongly recommended to use only official taxi services (Yandex Go, Uber, Citymobil, Vezet) – thus, safety and quality service are guaranteed. Private taxi services may be unsafe.

Public transport
Moscow metro
The Moscow metro is open daily from 5:30 am to 1 am. The metro line map is available in vestibules and stations, railway stations and bus stations, in the Moscow Metro app, as well as on the official metro website and on the Moscow transport portal. The passenger app will help you plan the best route to your destination.
You can pay for a trip with any city ticket (Ediniy ticket, Troika card) or by a Russian bank card. Students can travel at reduced rates using a Muscovite card.
The Moscow metro, the Moscow Central Circle and the Moscow Central Diameters form an integrated transport system for the metropolis. When transferring from the metro to the Moscow Central Circle or the Moscow Central Diameters and back within 90 minutes from the first ticket validating, the fee for the additional trip is not charged.
Moscow ground transport
Moscow ground public transport operates daily from 5 a.m. until late night. A number of routes also operate at night. You can view the schedule of buses, electric buses and trams at all stops, as well as on the Moscow transport website. You can build a route to your destination using the service on the Moscow transport portal page.

If you have forgotten belongings or lost documents on public transport
If you have lost belongings in the metro you should contact the Metro lost and found office. If you have lost belongings in a bus, an electric bus or a tram you should contact the Ground transport lost and found office.
