All foreign citizens in Russia are required to comply with the laws of the Russian Federation. Failure to comply with migration rules is a violation of the laws and may result for a foreign citizen being brought to disciplinary, administrative, and in some cases, criminal liability.
The University strongly recommends all international students to pay attention to compliance with migration requirements. There are main provisions of Russian legislation below which international students are strongly advised to familiarize themselves with.
